If you had a time machine…
And you could only use it once…
Would you go to the past and watch history as it is written?
Would you stay in the present and let somebody else use the time machine?
or… Would you go to the future and pray your time machine actually had a future to go to?
I would be torn between staying in the present and going to the past. The future, for me, would be out of the question.
I would probably choose to go to the past, although I think we live in the best time. We are not so far gone that we can’t still see our forefathers. And we have a big taste of what future technology has in store for us. Unfortunately we have a big taste of what future politicians have in store for us as well but I won’t go there right now. But given the choice I would have to go back to a time when pride and honor and family values actually meant something. Back when the pollution came from the tail pipe of a four legged mustang and noise pollution was non-existent.
