Imagine… this hillbilly with a voice in Washington. This country would never again be the same.
Actually I’m going up there to do some work that has to do with Homeland Security but I can’t tell you what it is, for your own safety of course.
I’ll be on the road tonight to make a 2 hour class in the morning in D.C. and then it’s back to Cumberland to finish the job I talked about in Fridays post. After Cumberland, it is home for two days then back to D.C. for the two weeks prior to Christmas. A hectic schedule to say the least.
I think I’m going to solve my disconnected problem this week. I’m going to want to talk about my recent travels. I was going to wait a little longer to buy a laptop but life is pretty interesting at the moment and I want to be able to tell you about it.
I haven’t been to D.C. in quite a while so I’m actually a little excited about going there and playing the part of a working tourist.
Anyway… until next time Be Safe and Fare Well!

Get the laptop…because then we don’t have to wait to you get home to hear about your travels

I’m jealous. I haven’t been to D.C. in a while, but I love that city. All the history just enthralls me.
Also, I second the getting a laptop idea. I resisted for the longest time and finally bought one. I’ll never be without it again. It was one of the best investments I ever made.

I love going to DC. It’s a town where irony stands on display at every turn. Have a great time.

Morgan this coming friday I’ll write a post from Washington
Kristine… It has been a while for me as well. This week I was only there a few hours but will be there for 9 days soon. The camera will get a workout
Buzzardbilly… I’ve never heard D.C. described so precisely in so few words. “A town where irony stands on display”… truer words are seldom spoken
