This is just a quick post to remind readers of “Blogging For Appalachia Week.” The OBS issued a challenge centered around MTR. The link list in the right sidebar under Blogging For Appalachia are links to sites that are either participating in the challenge from OBS, are spreading the word as part of my Blogging For Appalachia program, or are blogs that regularly post about MTR.

Over the weekend I have added links to the Stop MTR site designed to educate you on a large number of issues involved with MTR. If you haven’t done so and would like to learn more - I would strongly suggest going over there and looking around.

For those that are participating in Blogging For Appalachia - Thank You!

  1. I’m already seeing posts from OBS members popping up. Marian did a nice one on the OBS blog. There are promises of others as the week goes on.

I also need to get the Blogging for Appalachia list up on the OBS blog. Maybe that can go on my list for tomorrow.

  2. Thanks Kristine

  3. The Blogging for Appalachia list is up on the OBS site.

I also saw that Matt at Bright Idea Outdoors had a post up this morning. The list is slowly growing.
