This is an award passed on to me from Rebecca the author of Carpe You Some Diem! - if the title alone doesn’t get you to visit her blog I am honestly at a loss as to what would. Thanks Rebecca! 
The You Make My Day Award works like this:
1) Write a post with links to 5 blogs that make me think and/or make my day
2) Acknowledge the post of the award giver
3) Tell the award winners that they have won by commenting on their blogs with the news!
I’ve always been somewhat bad at following the rules with the awards because I truly find it difficult to choose blogs to give the award away to. Then when I do choose them I don’t know what to say about them.
Blogs I like to read - and will return to - are blogs that make me think, make me smile, make me wonder, teaches me, shows me another place and sometimes all of the above.
My choices -
One of the all the above category is Speedcat Hollydale. I very much enjoy my visits to his blog. He has a way with words and photos.
Drowsey Monkey makes me laugh and she shows some pretty cool pictures. She’s the original verbal machine gun.
Another blog I like to visit is Hanna’s blog from Italy. To be honest when I visit her blog - I strive to understand. I’m giving her this award because she just bounces around the internet leaving smiles wherever she stops.
Since it has already taken two hours and two attempts at writing this post I’m going to quit while I’m ahead.

Kudos for cleaning up my other 2 identical comments before (whooops) - I was getting the page error and kept publishing my comment. If it’s not one thing it’s another (LOL)
Thanks so much for this and for pointing out the pop up source. When you told me, I knew it was something in the middle of my sidebar, but had not yet pinpointed the actual guilty code. A reliving thought having the mystery solved.
I’ll hug ya just for a quick second when nobody is looking …
I currently have about 20 posts on the backburner - I would do yours first, but then I would look like a turd-bucket to everyone else (laughing) … she will be up and posted soon.

Speedcat - no problem on all counts
I was hoping you wouldn’t mind me deleting the identical comments.
The code - I had to take my site apart piece by piece to find it - thought I would save you the trouble.
I’m going to write a post about it in the next day or so in case other people are/will be experiencing the unexplainable popups.
